Yes. We require a consultation for all new clients. This allows for a thorough assessment of your anatomy, discussion of your goals, review of your medical history, and creation of a customized treatment plan just for you. No matter what service you book on our website, you will go through a consultation prior to any new treatments. Our consultation fee is $120. If you decide to move forward with treatment that day, this fee will be waived.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will be subject to a fee of $80.

Yes! Just in case you end up getting a treatment during your appointment, we recommend that you avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, advil, and aspirin) and alcohol a few days prior to coming in. We also recommend that you begin taking arnica pills (which you can find at any local pharmacy) a few days prior to the treatment and the day of (follow instructions on pill bottle for dosage). By following these pre-treatment directions, you will minimize your bruising and swelling during the appointment. Clients should avoid coffee the morning of the appointment and should not come to the appointment on an empty stomach.

Unfortunately not. Due to other clients being at the spa in the relaxation lounge or in another room for an appointment, we need to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment and space for everyone.

Yes! For our botox clients, 4-6 hours after your treatment, we recommend you avoid strenuous activity, putting any pressure on the injection sites, and lying down/taking a nap. For all other treatments, we will give you recommendations tailored to the exact area of treatment.

We are located at 10 Lake Ave in downtown Saratoga Springs. There is street parking as available but if you are looking for a more reliable option there are multiple parking garages within walking distance of the spa. The Woodland Ave Garage and Saratoga City Center Garage are great options! See below for parking map.
